FRIED GARLIC + ROSEMARY WHITE BEAN SALAD




1 can white beans - drained 

¼ green apple 

1 small, or ½ large, jalapeno - pithed + seeded 

Handful of chives - chopped

1 sprig rosemary - chopped

8-12 garlic cloves, your preference - sliced thin

1 tsp each black pepper + salt 

2 TB red wine vinegar 

1 - 2 TB EVOO 


Heat a skillet with EVOO and fry the garlic and rosemary until the garlic starts to brown. It happens fast so keep an eye on it. Once it’s ready mix everything together - adding more or less EVOO as you like.
