WHOLE GRAIN GINGERSNAP COOKIES
Cookie your way to health. 2 cups wholegrain flour  1 cup rolled oats 1 cup brown sugar  2 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt  2 tsp cinnamon  1 TB and 1 tsp ginger  1 ½ sticks butter - melted  1 egg ¼ cup molasses  Sugar - for rolling the cookies in  Mix together the dry ingredients, from the wholegrain flour to the ginger. Make a well and add in the liquids, from the butter through the molasses. Mix into a dough. Scoop into small balls and roll in sugar. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes....

FOCACCIA PIZZA
Listen to your heart. 1 TB yeast 2 TB honey 1 ¼ cups warm water  Whisk everything together and let sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.  Add in:  2 tsp salt  3 cups flour  ½ cup olive oil  Mix together and knead into a smooth ball. Cover and let ris3 60-90 minutes until doubled in size. Punch down and spread onto a greased sheet tray. Let rise another 30 minutes. CRANBERRY FOCACCIA
