BROWNED BUTTER PECAN & PEANUT COOKIE
Pleasure baking. 2 ¼ cups flour ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt ¼ cup each chopped and toasted pecans and peanuts ¾ cup butter (softened) 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla bean extract First brow the butter - warm it on low on your stovetop, stirring as it melts. BLUEBERRY CORNBREAD MUFFIN
Just like Jif 1 cup cornmeal 1 cup flour ½ cup sugar 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 1 cup blueberries 1 egg 1 cup buttermilk ¼ cup canola oil ¼ cup blueberry jam Whisk together your dry ingredients from the cornmeal to the salt, add in the blueberries. Make a well in the middle and add in the wet, from the egg through the jam. Whisk to combine. Pour into greased or lined muffin tins and bake in a 400 degree oven for 14-18 minutes, until tops don’t bounce back.

FARMER'S MARKET MAC SALAD
For all your pool parties. 1 box dried noodles - I used macaroni noodles - boiled al dent (or as soft as you like) 4 ears corn - corn removed from cob 2 red peppers - diced 1 large tomato - diced 1 vidalia onion - diced 1 cup feta cheese ½ cup mayo ¼ cup sour cream ¼ cup red wine vinegar 1 TB mustard ¼ cup oil Salt and pepper to taste to your liking Mix everything together. Add more vinegar or oil if you like it more acidic or wet. Let cool in fridge overnight.
