FOCACCIA PIZZA

Listen to your heart.



1 TB yeast

2 TB honey

1 ¼ cups warm water 


Whisk everything together and let sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast. 


Add in: 

2 tsp salt 

3 cups flour 

½ cup olive oil 


Mix together and knead into a smooth ball. Cover and let ris3 60-90 minutes until doubled in size. Punch down and spread onto a greased sheet tray. Let rise another 30 minutes.


After the second rise, top with tomato sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings (I did sausage + hot honey). Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is golden and the edges are crispy.
