¼ lb butter - softened
¼ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 ¼ cups flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ cups mini chocolate chips
Cream together, with your spoon or machine, the butter, sugars and egg. Add in the dry ingredients and just shape into a dough. I make 3 giant cookies out of this dough, but you can make 6 or you can go even smaller. Do whatever you want.
For 3, bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, until the middle doesn’t sink in anymore.
