What would Cupid do?

1 ¼ cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ lb (2 sticks) butter - melted
4 eggs
½ cup chocolate chips
Optional add ins: walnuts, dried fruit, white chocolate
Whisk together the dry ingredients, from the flour to the salt. Make a well and whisk in the butter and the eggs until silky smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into a 9x9 pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. You can also bake them in a 9x13 pan for less time if you prefer thinner, less gooey brownies.
