PEANUT BUTTER OAT BALLS

Eating for health and happiness.



1 cup peanut butter

2 cups oats 

½ cup pumpkin seeds 

¼ cup honey 

¼ tsp salt 

¼ cup chia seeds 

½ cup dried blueberries 

1 cup chocolate chips


Process together the first five ingredients together just enough to break down the oats and pumpkin seeds to create a slight dough. Fold in the chia seeds, dried blueberries and chocolate chips. Scoop into balls and roll until smooth. Freeze for an hour or so until they are firm. You can eat them from the freezer if you have teeth that are up for it, otherwise store them in the fridge.

I love how simple and nutritious this recipe is, with the perfect mix of sweetness, crunch, and energy-boosting ingredients. The peanut butter and oats make a great base, while the blueberries and chocolate chips add a delicious balance of flavor. I think these would be perfect for quick snacks or breakfast on busy mornings. I can already imagine making a batch while taking a break to play smash karts unblocked, since they seem easy, fun, and convenient to enjoy anytime.
