CREAM CHEESE

I don’t love a plain cream cheese. But I do love a jazzed up cream cheese. By all means, eat your bagels with plain cream cheese, or come on an adventure and liven it up a bit. 

Scallion + Pickled Jalapeno Cream Cheese 

16oz cream cheese 

6 scallions - chopped, ends removed

2 TB chopped white onion

¼ cup pickled jalapenos 

2 TB pickled jalapeno juice 

1 tsp salt 

2 TB hot sauce 

1 TB honey 

You can mix all together with a spoon, or you can process it with a food processor or blender. 

Strawberry + Creme Fraiche Cream Cheese 

½ cup chopped strawberries 

1 cup creme fraiche 

8oz cream cheese 

Either mix all together by hand or blend together.
