ALMOND CAKE w/ BROWN SUGAR

Just a few of my favorite things.

6 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
¼ lb butter - melted
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
5 cups almond flour
Raspberries or almonds or anything you want for topping
Whisk the eggs first then whisk everything together. Top with toppers if topping. Pour into a springform pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
