Nice and tiny so you can pack them in your backpack, car, gym bag…anywhere to ensure you always have a cookie on hand.
¼ lb butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
2 ½ cups almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract
Melt the butter, then combine all the ingredients together. Really use your hands to shape it into a dough. Scoop small balls and press them down on a parchment lined baking tray. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes.
