You could sub out another cheese if you didn’t want blue cheese, but why would you ever do that?

6oz blue cheese
¼ cup cream
2 TB vinegar (I used leftover pickled jalapeno juice)
¼ cup mayo
2 TB EVOO
1 TB hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Crumble the blue cheese and whisk everything together.
